It's expensive to finish and furnish a house that big with the top of the line everything. Shall we say another $80 million on top of the $40 million dollar asking price? The Problem is that Spelling Manor last sold for $119 million in 2019. It's fully finished, double the size, and has 3x more lot space. BTW, That property isn't selling either.

It has great views, I would certainly update through out the property. It would be great for a retreat getaway property as long as there's a town center nearby that one could bike or walk to. And for $20 million I would hope so :)
